Nivaraprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or services.

Account Creation and Security
You must create an account to place an order, though guest checkout is also available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Product Information
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Free shipping is provided on orders above ₹499. Orders below this threshold may incur additional shipping charges.
Payment
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are securely processed through third-party gateways like Razorpay and Paytm. We do not store any sensitive payment information.
In the event of a failed transaction, the order will not be processed, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across India through reliable courier services.
- Metro cities: 3–4 business days
- Rural areas: 5–7 business days
Delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control. If the product is damaged during transit, we will offer a free replacement after verifying the evidence.
Please Note: If your order qualifies for a replacement, the reshipping process will take an additional 5–7 business days from the date the replacement is issued.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed, as production for customized items begins immediately. This helps us maintain quality and delivery efficiency.
Return and Refund
Customized products are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy for full guidelines.
User-Uploaded Content
Users must upload only images or text they have the legal right to use. Inappropriate, explicit, or copyrighted content is not allowed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel such orders.
Uploaded content is automatically deleted from our servers after 14 days.
Reviews and User Content
You may post reviews or photos related to your order. Such content may be publicly displayed on our platform. You can request content removal by emailing nivarasocial@gmail.com.
Legal and Technical
- Termination of Use: We may suspend access for misuse or breach of terms.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Nivaraprint for any claims resulting from your use of the website.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
