Return and Refund & Replacement Policy

Nivaraprint offers a customer-friendly 30-day return policy. However, due to the nature of customized products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our error.

Conditions for Return or Refund:
- You must raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The request must include your order ID, photographic evidence, and a valid reason.
- If approved, return shipping will be arranged by Nivaraprint.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact. Any tampering or misuse may void eligibility.

Valid Scenarios for Refund/Replacement:
- The product received is completely different from what was ordered.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- There are visible printing errors that deviate from the final approved preview.

Returned products must reach us within 14 days of approval.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method and processed within 7 working days of approval. Partial refunds may be issued based on the extent of the issue.

Additional Terms:
- Products purchased with discounts or under promotional offers may follow different return conditions.
- Nivaraprint reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on inspection and verification.
- Issues caused due to incorrect customization details provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
